The Waldorf Astoria's Group Reservation Policy is listed below. No exceptions will be made to this for anyone using the WCRC's group rate.

A four (4) night minimum stay is required for guests arriving on Monday, September 5th, with departure on Friday, September 9th.

A three (3) night minimum stay is required for guests arriving on Tuesday, September 6th, with a departure on Friday, September 9th.

Deposit/cancellations: One (1) night non-refundable deposit of room and tax is due at time of booking for reservation guarantee. Remaining full non-refundable payment for remaining nights is due by August 12, 2022. Notice for cancellation must be received by Resort, seven days prior to arrival date by 6pm to avoid a forfeiture of initial one night room and room deposit.

Connecting rooms may be available to confirm with a connecting fee of $50 plus tax per set per night. Guests will need to call us direct at 949.234.3200 to confirm connecting.

All Hilton Honors point redemption reservations will need to be made with HHonors at 800-HHONORS and a room move may be required.
